Return policy

 

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping costs are already included in the total price of the item, and this amount is the final cost for shipping to the customer.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation and resolve the issue accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Change of Mind Returns

Elite Auto Spare will accept returns for a change of mind if we receive a return request within 15 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Please note that the shipping cost, included in the original total price, will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and you will need to arrange for your own return shipping.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases. You will be notified via email once this process is complete.

Elite Auto Spare will refund the value of the returned goods, but shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • International Orders: Delivery times range between 4–22 business days depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.

5. Address Changes

 

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

 

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses


  • P.O. Boxes: Shipped via standard postal services only.
  • Military Addresses: Shipped using USPS only.
