1. Stock Availability

 

We do our best to keep inventory updated. However, if an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding the back-ordered item—offering either a refund or the option to wait for restocking.

 

2. Shipping Charges

 

Shipping costs are included in the price for the majority of our products. However, certain larger items requiring freight services will incur additional charges, which will be clearly added to the final price at checkout.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes


  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 2–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times range between 4–22 business days depending on the shipping method selected during checkout.
 

4. Order Processing

 

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We make every effort to minimize delays.

 

5. Address Changes

 

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

 

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses


  • P.O. Boxes: Shipped via standard postal services only.
  • Military Addresses: Shipped using USPS only.

 

7. Out-of-Stock Items

 

If any items in your order are out of stock, they will be canceled and refunded. Remaining items will still be shipped.

 

8. Late Deliveries

 

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us so we can investigate the delay.

 

9. Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status through the courier’s tracking system.

 

10. Damaged Parcels

 

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately. If the parcel was left without your presence, please email us for next steps.

 

11. Taxes and Duties


  • Sales Tax: Already included in the product price.
  • International Duties & Taxes: May apply and are either shown at checkout for pre-payment or can be paid upon arrival.
 

If you refuse to pay these fees, the item will be returned to us at your cost. You’ll be refunded for the product only—shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

 

12. Cancellations

 

Orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

 

13. Shipping Insurance


  • Damaged Parcels: A refund or replacement will be issued after the courier completes their investigation.
  • Lost Parcels: Refunds or replacements are issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
